Returning to Worship Details
Can High-Risk Individuals Return?
For those members who are considered as High Risk for COVID-19 by the CDC, please continue to join us online and not in person at this time. If you are unsure, please consider worshiping with us online for just a little while longer. As the situation changes, we will continue to be in communication via email and social media (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter). We also have our COVID updates page.

Recent or new onset shortness of breath
Recent/new onset sore throat
Loss of taste or smell
Masks are Required
What if there are too many people? Is there a reservation system?
Given the size of our Sanctuary and abiding by CDC guidelines, we believe we’ll be able to accommodate all who want to attend worship in-person. At this time, we do not want to frustrate you or alienate guests by utilizing a reservations system.
What about the children?
During the children's message, the children will remain seated with their families.
Where are the Bibles, hymnals, pencils, and cards?
Hugging, Coffee, and other Details
- The doors will remain proped open to minize surfaces that need to be touched.
We ask that only the restrooms in the welcome center are used, and only by one family/person at a time.
Please refrain from physical contact for now (air hugs and air high fives are cool)
There won't be any coffee for a little while.
We have a cleaning crew that is helping to clean/sanitize before and after service. If you would like to join them contact us for more information.
What about Living in 3D and shared meals?
The fellowship hall will have the tables spread throughout the whole space in order to maintain good distancing while masks are off for eating.
Only one family may sit at each table.
One adult family member would go get the meals for the entire family in order to limit a long line.
The kitchen crew would be plating the meal into family portions. When the family representative comes to get the meal for their family, the kitchen crew would put everything needed for the meal on the big baking trays we have so that the person can easily carry it to their table to eat.
For what we can, we will use pre-packaged items such as packaged silverware, bottled and boxed drinks, individually packaged fruits/veggies/condiments etc.
If you still have questions or concerns, please call the church office: 281-391-0171 or contact us online. We want to hear from you! We don’t have all the answers but we really do believe that with your input, we can collectively do a better job in anticipating and solving any potential problems.
