Family Game Night
Join us September 11th from 6-8pm in the Loomis Center Gym. Bring your favorite game and a snack to share as we take the time to meet others in our church and community and share in the joy of Christ through fellowship and fun.
September Missions- Christ Clinic
Join us during Family Discipleship Hour on Sunday September 11th as we assemble personal hygiene kits to donate to the clinic. Donations of travel sized shampoo, conditioner and lotion are appreciated as well as toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, and gallon sized Ziploc bags and inspirational stickers.
On Wednesday September 14th during Living in 3D we will prepare sack lunches to give to the clinic clients the next day. Donations for this day include: bread, peanut butter, jelly, fruit (apples, oranges, pears, peaches, bananas), and water bottles.
Rice Harvest Festival Children’s Carnival
October 8th-9th is Katy Rice Harvest Festival. We will be hosting a children’s carnival on our grounds. It would be a blessing if families would sign up to help manage a booth at the carnival. There will be many booths including: snow cones, a bounce house, face painting, ring toss, and many more. This is an opportunity to meet and interact with others in our community and share with them the love of Christ through your words and actions. It is a fun way to mirror to your children what service can look like. We also encourage families to simply participate in the day and enjoy the games and fun of the festival.
